These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Optimisation Épargne website and its savings simulator (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these Terms without reservation.
The Service is free, with no account required. It is provided “as is”, subject to technical availability. The publisher may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Service, in particular for maintenance or updates of rules and parameters.
The simulator provides indicative estimates for information and educational purposes. It constitutes neither investment advice, nor legal or tax advice, nor a personalized recommendation. Investing involves risk of capital loss; past performance does not guarantee future results. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, and export results for your own use. In particular, the following are prohibited: reproducing or redistributing the simulator or its components without authorization, bulk automated extraction of content, any use intended to harm the Service or bypass its normal operation, and any unlawful or misleading use.
The site, its interface, its texts and its simulator are protected by copyright. Any third-party trademarks or names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
Some outbound links may be partner links: when compensated, they are flagged as such. The publisher is not responsible for the content or operation of third-party sites these links point to.
The simulator runs locally in your browser: the data you enter is not transmitted. For more details, see our privacy policy.
The publisher takes reasonable care to keep the rules and parameters up to date, but does not guarantee that simulations are exhaustive or error-free (they do not cover every individual situation). To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for the use of the information and results provided by the Service.
These Terms may be changed at any time, in particular to reflect legal or technical developments. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with its update date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the Terms in force.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction under the conditions provided by law.
